TDAI leads the Interdisciplinary Research Enabling Initiative to support compelling new team science, scholarship and creative expression with funding for direct costs as well as in-kind resources, services and other benefits.

In-kind award components from TDAI may include:

  • TDAI data services and consulting
  • Data commons access
  • TDAI space in Pomerene Hall for meetings and events
  • Staff support and space for conferences, workshops and other convening events
  • In-kind support for initiating projects with Ohio Supercomputer Center or other partners
  • Staff support for developing broadening participation aspects of the work
