My research expertise includes leveraging data science tools-including machine learning techniques-combined with big data (e.g., admin, social media, survey) to determine ways to strengthen families in adversity (i.e., poverty, trauma), promote healthy child development, and eliminate racial/ethnic disparities in family and child health outcomes.
