Interests: My research examines leadership, proactivity, diversity, and artificial intelligence. My research encompasses multiple levels of analysis, including within-individual, between-individual, group, and organizational levels, and I apply a range of methodologies such as field surveys, experiments, experience sampling, and panel data.
