Jenny Grabmeier supports TDAI core faculty and other interdisciplinary researchers in launching and growing ideas, including finding collaborators and resources within the university and identifying and pursuing extramural funding opportunities. She oversees TDAI's research pilot, core faculty catalyst and labs in residence award programs, and designs and facilitates workshops and other activities to advance research in areas of strategic interest. Jenny also helps TDAI researchers communicate their accomplishments and impact through the institute's digital channels and other university outlets, and with creating strategies for stakeholder communications to strengthen grant proposals and maximize the translational impact of their work.

Prior to her current position, Jenny was co-owner of Gifted Communications, where she was a consultant to TDAI starting in 2014. Before that, she directed communications for the Ohio State University Foundation for nearly nine years, where she served as chief of staff for the VP of development and co-created Ohio State's first brand guidelines. Jenny holds an MA in journalism and a BA in English, both from Ohio State.
