Currently she serves as lead facilitator for the NSF FAIROS AI-Ready Ecology and Biodiversity Data Infrastructure for Science and Action and team science facilitator for the NSF HDR Imageomics Institute and NSF- and NSERC-funded Artificial Intelligence and Biodiversity Change (ABC) Global Center, and she manages the Ohio State Clinical and Translational Science Institute’s research grant program for AI and health. She is also a published contributor to the science of team science and has co-instructed EEOB/ANTHRO/ENR 5510 Interdisciplinary Team Science.

Jenny's own extensive experience leading high-performing, multidisciplinary creative teams includes co-owning a boutique communications agency that specialized in multi-media storytelling and proposal development for scientists and non-profit organizations, directing the OSU Foundation communications team to launch the university's first-ever $1B comprehensive campaign, and co-created OSU's first-ever brand guidelines.
