My research focuses on radiographic and histological visualization of bone loss and bone tissue quality, as they affect bone strength. I develop automated image processing techniques to identify and morphometrically characterize bone tissue microstructures. I also develop statistical workflows for graphic data visualization and automated variable selection in multivariate modeling.
