Dr. Eric Fosler-Lussier (computer science and engineering), co-director of TDAI's Foundations of Data Science and AI community of practice,  is one of three engineering faculty elected as Fellows of the International Speech Communication Association, which recognizes “fundamental contributions to research and leadership in the fields of speech recognition and spoken language processing."

The ISCA promotes activities and exchanges in all fields related to speech communication science and technology. The ISCA Fellows Program recognizes and honors outstanding ISCA members who have made significant contributions to the science and technology of Speech Communication.
