
TDAI affiliate faculty member Dan Spakowicz, Assistant Professor in the Pelotonia Institute for Immuno-Oncology, will present a talk entitled "Metatranscriptomics for paired assessment of host and microbe activities in tumors and clinical trial swabs: data generation and processing resources through the OSU Applied Microbiology Services Lab and Ohio Supercomputing Center" on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 3 p.m. The talk is the first in the Center for Microbiome Science's Science in Action series and co-hosted by TDAI.
