Dr. Wagner conducts research in the field of science and technology and its relationship to policy, society, and innovation, with a particular focus on international collaboration.  Public policy towards investments in science, technology, and new economy are at the center of her work.  She currently serves as an advisor to the Battelle Center for Science and Technology Policy, a research center within the Glenn College. Dr. Wagner is also on the advisory board of Ohio State University ADVANCE program to increase the participation and advancement of women in academic science and engineering careers.
