Jenny Grabmeier is a strategist, storyteller and trained facilitator who works with researchers to develop interdisciplinary teams and proposals; initiate and execute large grants; and communicate and scale efforts. As a team science consultant for funded research teams, she designs and facilitates all-hands meetings, collaboration planning, capacity building trainings, community engagement programming, and more. She is also a published contributor to the science of team science, and a co-instructor of EEOB/ANTHRO/ENR 5510 Interdisciplinary Team Science. 

Jenny has extensive experience leading high-performing, multidisciplinary creative teams, including co-owning Gifted Communications, a boutique agency that specialized in multi-media storytelling and proposal development for non-profit organizations, and directing the Ohio State University Foundation communications team to launch the university's first-ever $1B comprehensive campaign and brand guidelines. Previous positions also include communications manager for BalletMet Columbus, arts editor of "The Other Paper" weekly newspaper, and graphic designer for CM Media and a publicly traded homebuilder.
